HR Manager (based in Singapore/Malaysia)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Talent Acquisition (Recruitments), Performance Management and HR Strategic initiatives 

  • Pro-actively translate business needs (e.g. international expansion) into HR solutions

  • Formulate & manage employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Assist in payroll preparation (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) & maintain updated employee records

  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct effective, objective investigations 

  • Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, organizational change, performance management, training.)

  • Perform ad hoc tasks on as required basis

Operations & Fleet Manager (KL, Johor, Singapore, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and repair/maintain fleet of scooters, experience in leading a group of mechanics and/or operation staff

  • Metric-driven, ensure healthy fleet availability target, familiar with maintenance and asset management

  • Collaborate with procurement managers, hardware and software product teams on inventory control and distribution

  • Constantly look for ways to improve upon and streamline processes

  • Conduct daily/weekly analyses to forecast potential inventory issues

  • Report on inventory activities and variances

  • Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery
